22 Bishopsgate is a prominent skyscraper located in the heart of London’s financial district. This workplace is designed specially to benefit and support a diverse and connected community. 

As the exclusive food partner, Rhubarb Hospitality has launched The Market, a 20,000-sq. ft. food and beverage hub created by award-winning designers from New York and London.

Located on the 2nd floor, The Market features a restaurant with a terrace, a contemporary wine bar, and a rotating lineup of street-food kiosks and pop-ups, offering a wide range of culinary choices. The 450-seat space also includes a dedicated area for cultural and events programming, hosting talks, music, and private events. We were thrilled to partner with Rhubarb Hospitality to design and install the Catering Areas. 

When designing the open theatre kitchen we set out to create a dynamic space where the kitchen is the central focal point of the dining experience. The layout was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a seamless flow between cooking, preparation, and service areas while maintaining a clear line of sight for diners. The key design elements include installing high-quality, aesthetically pleasing appliances and fixtures that not only enhance functionality but also contribute to the visual appeal. This design fosters a sense of connection and transparency between the kitchen and its audience.
