Your journey begins with the assignment of a dedicated project team made up of an account manager, designer and project manager who will work closely with you from the outset. We will hold initial meetings to start the collaboration with you and your brand to understand your goals, infrastructure and operational requirements. Whether it’s one pod or multiple areas we will ensure you have a seamless experience from planning to handover.

Once the brief has been received we will use our knowledge to create modular kitchen units that can be customized to each vendors needs. Your designer will consider back of house facilities, ventilation, waste managements and energy requirements. We will ensure all layouts comply with health, safety and food hygiene regulations. At the same time your project manager will visit site to assess spatial logistics, any access limitations and plan the deliver route which all helps to mitigate any risks before installation.

Once the design is finalised and equipment has been approved we then coordinate deliver and installation of all kitchen components. Our expert installation team will work efficiently within your build schedule liaising with site contractors to ensure a smooth fit out is achieved.

When your space is operational our in house service team provide daily support to all vendors, including regular maintenance and responsive callouts when any issues may arise. We understand how important it is to ensure that your site operates smoothly and efficiently so your vendors can focus on delivering exceptional food and service.
