Glasgow has a new dining destination, and we’re proud to have played a part in bringing it to life! Catering Projects recently completed the kitchen and bar installation for Sticks‘n’Sushi’s newest location.
Our long-standing collaboration with the brand means we understand their operational standards and the level of precision required across each site. This insight helps us create environments that support smooth workflows, reliable performance, and exceptional guest experiences.
Joining the team for their opening night was a fantastic opportunity to see the space in action. From the integrated kitchen layout to the well-equipped bar, every element was planned with functionality and service flow in mind. It was so rewarding to watch the venue operate exactly as intended.
Seeing the venue come alive on opening night reaffirmed why we love what we do; delivering spaces that combine precision, performance, and practicality to help hospitality teams thrive.
