Wagamama, a renowned UK-based restaurant chain, has established itself as a prominent player in the casual dining market. Known for its Asian cuisine, the brand has expanded its footprint globally, boasting over 200 locations. The company’s kitchens play a crucial role in delivering the quality and consistency that customers expect.
As Wagamama expanded its operations, we wanted to ensure the client could maintain consistency and quality across its various locations. The kitchen operations needed to be streamlined to handle high volume and ensure that every dish met the brand's high standards. Wagamama introduced modular kitchen designs that allow for flexibility and efficiency. Each kitchen is divided into distinct sections for preparation, cooking, and plating, which helps in managing the flow of food and reduces bottlenecks. The modular approach also facilitates easier updates and modifications based on menu changes.
After collaborating on various projects and initiatives it is very clear to us that the company’s ongoing commitment to refining its kitchen operations not only contributes to its operational success but also aligns with broader environmental and quality goals. We are honoured to have a long-standing, strong relationship with the team at Wagamama.
