A standout new opening in Spinningfields.

Manchester’s dining scene continues to evolve, and we’re proud to have played a part in the latest addition. Catering Projects have successfully delivered the full kitchen and bar installation for the newest Sticks’n’Sushi location, marking another milestone in our ongoing collaboration with the brand.

Working closely with the team, our focus was to create a space that serves multiple purposes. Our design is guided by the brands precise standards whilst also ensuring a seamless service experience from day one. Every detail, from the kitchen layout to bar setup, was carefully considered to support efficiency, consistency and smooth operational flow.

Our long-standing relationship with Sticks’n’Sushi means we understand the intricacies behind their service style and the importance of detail in every element of the build. This knowledge allows us to deliver an environment that empower teams to perform at their best whilst maintaining the high standards guests expect.

It was a pleasure to have members of our team attend the opening event and see the space in action. Experiencing the atmosphere first hand, alongside the wider project team, was a great reminder of what a strong partnership can achieve. An incredible setting, a vibrant energy and, of course, exceptional food made it a memorable launch.
