Located in the heart of London City, this site has two full kitchens. The first situated in the basement and catering for the restaurants dine in customers, whilst the second is located in a sub basement and will primarily supply takeaway food orders.
Obviously Catering Projects had to deal with all the usual challenges of access to a central London site, plus the issues of actually transporting the catering equipment into the subterranean depths of this old building.
